Additional Fees
Competition Fund: We’ve added a competition fund for our athletes participating in Manitoba provincial tournaments. This is used to pay our coaches at tournaments to support Lightning athletes when competing against members of other clubs. Members competing in these tournaments are requested to contribute $50 to the fund. The amount is fixed regardless of the number of tournaments attended (only contribute $50 once).
Equipment Fee for Provincial Team: This is an annual fee of $5-$25/item and is open to athletes transitioning to the provincial team. It is not required for those just taking classes at club.
Glove Requirement: All members are required to own a glove. This can be purchased during registration and picked up at the club.
